El pago de mi servicio premium, de pronto se asoció a otro mail

Es decir estoy pagando el servicio premium a otra persona, estos datos me fueron proporcionados en ayuda al cliente por la asesora Ana, quien me informó que anulaba el pago, pero justo se cortó la comunicación y no puedo reestablecer contacto en ninguno de los canales. Tampoco puedo editar mi perfil, en donde figura un usuario con un número .

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. You can always reach out to our Support Team again when needed, no login necessary. In general though, first make sure you've logged into the correct account. Try different email addresses if necessary. If some other person has used your payment method without your permission, then reaching out to our Support Team was the right step. You can double check with them to make sure that everything necessary has been handled.
