El servicio premium no sirve!!

El servicio premium no sirve!!

Perdí mi móvil, intento recuperar mi cuenta premium y mis playlists de spotify con mi correo y contraseña y me dice el sistema que no tengo cuenta premium!!! Pero el cobro a mi tarjeta si llega!!  Ayuda por favor!  O tendre que cambiar de servicio y claro cancelar los pagos.

Basically what @ViviRU is saying is that they lost their mobile device, however, they intended to recouperate their account using their email/password. When ViviRU tried to log in to Spotify, the account was implying that they were not a premium user, although reoccuring payments were still being processed to their bank. 

They need help on figuring this problem out. 

Yes, with the device I lost, I had my premium service, now I use my account
& pasword and spotify is giving me the basic service, so what happened with
my premium service and payments??

Sorry to hear you lost access to your Spotify Premium account. As you could have multiple accounts set up with your information, I suggest checking the suggestions on this support page.
