I disassociated my main email address with Facebook so I could create a new, unlinked Spotify account with it. 
I went to sign up, and it said "Email Address Already Taken" so I clicked "Forgot Password?" and it prompted me that no Spotify account has said email in use. 

Is there a way around this error? Thanks!

Just to clarify; Do you already have another Spotify account? Also, are you using the Webplayer or something else?

 

Make sure you are spelling your email address correctly when signing up.

 

Is it me, or does this thread look similar to another?
