Email Never arrives

I go through this process to get a password for my Onkyo AVR and the email never gets to my mail box.  How do I get the password that was send Help.

 

Set a password for your devices

To use Spotify on your devices, you need to set a separate password and log in with the username provided.

Your device username is: 125228XXX

An email featuring your device username and a link to set your password has been sent to timothy.b.fisher@XXX.com

Hi. I've no idea why some folk have this issue - whenever I've requested a device password, I received it withn seconds. Maybe you could just check that your email address is showing correctly in your account overview and log into your mail service via the web and take a look in the spam/junk folders?
