My Question or Issue

My friend can't reset his password. When ever he tries to reset the password it says The provided Mail is Not Associated To An Active Account.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

For this particular case, I would encourage your friend to reach out to support through the anonymous contact form.

 

So long as he is entirely logged out of Spotify.com (alternatively, he can access the form through an incognito window/private browsing) the form will allow him to use an email of his choosing for correspondence.


If he prefers to not use the contact form or requires an alternative means of contact, he can always reach out to @SpotifyCares on Twitter, or the Spotify Cares Facebook page.
