My Question or Issue

I've been logged out of my Spotify account on my laptop and phone and I am not able to get back in. I have tried to reset my password multiple times by using my email but it says "The username or email you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account.". I then tried to make a new account with the same email (my email) I had used to try and reset my password with right after it telling me it was not an associated email. When creating the new account, I enter my email and it then says "We're sorry, that email is taken.".

I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this. You can find some more info here on how to do this.

 

Note: You may need to provide proof of ownership of your account, purchase, or payment details, so be sure to have them ready.
