Email address of family members changed without our knowledge

My Issue

I have a premium family account. One of my family member whose name is Gokce Gerekli Yilmaz(my wife) received an e-mail from Spotify Help Center that she changed her email in the system. Actually she did not change her e-mail and when we checked from my family profile that she looked she changed her e-mail but it is not true. Can someone on Spotify help us?

To assist you with your problem it is recommended that you change your password immediately as someone may have accessed the account without authorization, I also recommend that you change the email back to the default email.

Just to add to what @AS7 said, it might be worth getting in touch with our Customer Support team here, who will be able to take a look at your account, change the email address back to your original one, and secure your account in order to prevent any unauthorised access.
