Email address successfully changed, but notifications still go to the old address.

Email address successfully changed, but notifications still go to the old address.

Why? How can I completely remove the old address and change to the new one? In profile settings, only the new email address is displayed.

We suggest in this case to confirm if email notifications are turn on. You can check if they are here

 

If it doesn't work, our Accounts team can take a closer look at this. You can get in touch with them from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username.
