Email adress already in use

Email adress already in use

When i try to change my email adress it says that the adress is already in use. I think the problem is that i used this email adress for facebook and then connected my facebook to Spotify. I have deleted my facebook account months ago but Spotify tells me that the email is still in use. What can i do to change it? I know that I don't have any other Spotify accounts.
