Email and password changed without permisson

My Question or Issue

I noticed that my email has been changed to something else, most likely hacked. Tried to change it but apparently, the password is changed too. I can still log in through Facebook but there's still someone who has gained access to my account. The account that has the family premium plan also noticed that there was an added account for the plan that they didn't recognize and that the address for Premium Family was changed. Their email or password wasn't changed though.
