Email changed without consent

I just got an email from Spotify notifying me that my email had been changed. Problem being...I never authorized the change. Other problem being..I've never actually signed into Spotify with anything but Facebook (I still have access to FB, and have change my password through there)email account, Account

I tried to send a contact form, but as it's going to the new email, I can't get any message from there. I would really like my account back.

Hey @toxiclight, I think somebody else hacked or have access to your login details I recommend you change your FB password and If you still have access to your Spotify account i recommend you change your password immediately!

If you reply directly to that email, your message will reach one of spotify friendly agents.

To prevent account loss in the future I recommend to scan your PC from any malware/trojans and not login to non-trusted links / websites.
