Email deleted due to inactivity-cant access account

My Question or Issue

My primary Spotify account has been using my university email, however due to my forgetting to change my email password my university email account was deleted. Because the email no longer exists Spotify is not letting me log into said primary account. I was really hoping that there would be a way for me to change the email affiliated with my lost primary account so I could use it again. Unfortunately I don't think getting my email address back is an option. Any help is appreciated I'm very sad
