Email does not change?

Email does not change?

Hi, I would like to ask about my account which log in with my facebook but then i changed the email address in facebook but in the spotify still be the old email. Can i fix it?

I believe it can take some time for that to update 🙂 These changes aren't reflected within minutes.

it took 3 or more weeks without nothing

and i have to use the new account for register the premium member for family package.

please follow up my concern

I'd recommend sending a message to Support, so they can take a closer look at this.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
