Email in use username unknown

Hi,

 

I need some help, I'm trying to get premium for my family, however when I used my email address it showed there was already an account, I asked for the password reset and when I did it showed a profile for someone I don't know, I tried to update my info but it didn't allow me to change the user name.

 

What can I do?

This has also happened to my sister and she is very concerned that someone has hacked into her account. If someone from the Spotify team could help us both out that would be much appreciated! Thanks.
