Email is already conected to another user

• Dear Friends, 

I sold my old macbook pro OS X Yosemite and bought a new one exactly the same. 

Before i sold it i logged out of my spotify account. 

Now i´'m trying to install spotify in my new computer but when i try to login, the following message appears; 

"Email is already conected to another user" 

So i went to settings on the browser and i logged-out spotify from every account. 

But now when I try to login in my computer the same message appears and when I try to login in my iphone it says Error 404. It cannot be a password error because I loggin with my facebook account so I don't need to enter my password.

Are you trying to login with Facebook? If so, try filling in your Facebook email and password in the login field.

Hey @juampipereira are you sure you joined via Facebook?

Have you tried entering your email address into the password reset site? If that goes through you have an account with Spotify and you need to sign in with your email and new Spotify password.

Problem solved. 

I just used my user name to sign in instead of my email and it worked.
