Email is no longer active, and don't remember the password for the account

So basically I've had my account for years and always had trouble with my password and not sure why but it always seems to change my password and I've got no idea what to do. I've also always had my school email account linked to the account as well but now since I'm no longer attending school my email address is no longer active this wouldn't really bother me as I still have the account up and running on my phone no problem because It doesn't log me out. But recently I've got a new device that I want to link my Spotify account but I need the password, sadly I can't change the password cause the email isn't active and I can't change the email because I can't remember the password.

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to your Spotify account, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support (you can find their contact link here). They can assist further with updating the email address for your Spotify account so that you can log in on your new device.
