Here is my suggestion: when creating a mailing list for a promotion make sure you sub divide it between clients who qualifies for the promotion and client who do not. It is extremely frustrating to keep receiving an email that advertises a promotion that you do not qualify for.
Constructive criticism: your team is very pick when hiring, I have applied a thousand times to work at Spotify, but apparently all of the people hired could not have thought of the most basic concept in any marketing campaign: segmentation. Spotify is an online service your online communication needs to be on point.
