Email not linked

 When I try to login with my real Spotify account which has Premium, I get "The email address you entered is not linked to a Spotify account."

I've tried multiple times and I was even signed out on my phone which is giving me the same issue.

Someties, we can make mistake or accidently have 2 accounts which we're trying to log into the wrong one.

In addition and just in case, please use the reset password guide (also provided in the link above) to make sure your account hasn't been changed by an outside source.

I just realized that my Spotify account was hacked. I got an email in a different language that says my email address was changed to "*snip*" from "*snip*." That's why I'm not able to login.

I also got charged for premium right after this happened, something that I did not authorize. Can you help me out with this?
