Email subscription language changed into regional local language

Not sure why this has been happening recently, but my subscription emails are changing language into Chinese. Yes, I'm located in Hong Kong where the local language is Chinese, but I do not read it at all and have never made any preference changes of that nature. This isn't limited to Spotify, but if corporations are using the same solution to send out subscription emails, this would make a lot of sense.

Either way. Fix it.
