Email trouble

Ok, so I had an account on Spotify with an email that I didn't realise that I had deleted. I applied for the premium trial and the receipt email got send to the old, deleted email account. I tried changing the emails but it didn't work and now I have lost my library because I can't log back in due to the deleted email account and password and I want to cancel the subscription as to not pay for a lost library that I can't use. Please help

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble.

 

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form. That team can look into the back end and correct any account issues. 

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
