My Question or Issue

I can no longer log into my account. I was randomly logged out on my phone and I haven't changed any account information (ie password). I thought it might be a good idea to change my password and see if that helps but I no longer have access to the email which I used to create my account 4 years ago (high school email). I need to log back into my account and update my email. I really do not want to lose this account because it has tons of playlists that I've created on it and they are not public so I can't just create a new account.
