So I log into my Spotify through fb and I changed my email but when I went into Spotify premium it had a different email and now on safari it won’t change

Does logging out and back in make a difference? Also, check your Facebook settings to make sure Spotify can view your email address. Just go to Settings > Apps > Spotify and make sure "Email address" is checked.
