Emigrated can't connect new Spotify to facebook

Hi so I moved from Liverpool to Perth Australia last year I had a premium account connected to my Facebook and after 14 days of me being here my Spotify stopped working ... now I have created a new premium account and it's no connected to my Facebook ....

i have tried to connect my new account to Facebook but it won't let me and it won't let me disconnect my old account from Facebook .... help please

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you merge both of your accounts within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
