Empty playlist stuck on loading and impossible to delete them

Hello everybody, recently I added a playlist on my phone but the playlist didn't appear right away so I clicked on "add a new playlist" several times to see it pops. As a result, for this one playlist added more than 20 "phantom" playlist appeared. It's just wrote "loading" on them, when I click on them they are infinitly loading and I can't add anything in them or delete them. Anybody have a solution. Thank you. (Btw my phone is a Windows Phone and my computer works on Windows 7 X64). I have already tried to reinstall Spotify but that didn't work. And i put a screeshot to give an idea of what I am dealing with.

This is very bizarre, have you tried logging in through the web version to see if you can clean them up?
