End Premium Trial

I've read other threads about this but the option listed to stop a trial that I didn't even mean to start aren't available to me as far as I can see.

I was listening a playlist that Reddit directed me to.  I skipped a few songs.  Clicked get more skips and then WALLA, I have started a free trial for spotify premium that I'm unable to cancel.

So, after googling how to cancel, reading old threads where people had similar problems and now starting a thread how to cancel - FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!

1) How do I canel the premium trial?

2) How do I permanently delete my spotify account
