Hi, I have ended up with two accounts since I first joined in Europe. I have had lots of issues with my accounts and it doesn't play well on sonos (although I have a premium account). I have tried to cancel my premium subscription but on neither of the accounts does it reflect that I have premium. I am however being charged every month. At this point I would like to cancel both of my accounts. It has proven very difficult to cancel either of my accounts. Thanks in advance for help!

Hey @SVJ1,

 

Try using a different Internet browser or clearing the cache from the Internet browser you're using. Then give that another try and let us know if it works for you.
