Ended my subscription on the same day of subscription but still charged

Ended my subscription on the same day of subscription but still charged

My Account shows the following information. I cancelled this subscription on the same day as I started the subscription. I received confirmation from Spotify about my cancellation. Hoever, the fee euro 9.99 is still charged. Why does why subscriptio  still runs until 24-01-17 while it is canceled. Why is not there a possibility to contact Customer service directly about such a problem?

I have a similar issue - i paid until the 19th of January and cancelled today. Premium went offline immediately and there's no phone number to call - they're ripoff artists
