Entered Incorrect Address Setting Up Family Plan

Hi all,

 

I just upgraded to a family account, and as I hit enter I realised I had put the wrong house number in the address used to confirm we live in the same place (380 instead of 308).

Under 'Account Settings' I only see my postcode. How can I change the confirmation address? I know I could just get my family to use the incorrect address that I entered but I'd rather get it right.

Thanks for getting in touch with our Community. 

 

We're afraid it's not possible to change it unless you cancel it, wait for your account to revert to Free, and then get the Premium for Family again. 

 

No worries though, try getting your subaccounts to accept the invite and let us know if you have any issues. We'd love to help out 🙂

Hi,

 

I entered my company address while filling up the address when I am buying the Family Premium account. I am entering my company address on other family members when I am filling up the invitation on the phones. Is there any problem?

I found the answer. There will not be any problem if other family members entered same address.
