I tried seeing if I could use spotify student discount. I entered my cc and clicked submit. It said I did not qualify as a student and I did not want to do the manual set up. I looked at my bank account and it still charged me the student rate. I would like to be refunded and make sure that it does not charge me for another 11 months.
You should get in contact with the customer support directly using the online contact form or via Twitter @SpotifyCares. and they will be able to look into getting this sorted for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible
