Error 3 after spotify premium

Error 3 after spotify premium

Hello,

I've had spotify premium but i stopped paying it, so i got an email saying my account was disabled now. I later on wanted to listen to music so i started spotify, but on my phone and on my laptop i had to log in again, which i did. Then the error appeared, error 3. I know my username and password are correct, and i have been having this problem since i got that email. I cant find information anywhere about it. Sending an email to my account for  changing my password also doesn't work because it says it isn't in contact with any active account. 

Please help me, thanks!

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
