 Trato de ingresar a mi cuenta desde la aplicación y me salta el error 408, que el país no es el mismo que el de mi perfil. Pero no he salido del país ni nada.

Thanks for the screenshot! 

It looks like you're logging in through the app. Could you try doing a clean reinstall of the app, and let me know what happens?

 

If the same thing shows, please try logging in using a different internet connection.

I didn't see the screenshot. Here is how to send the screenshot through here properly: 

  1. In your reply page, click 'Choose Files' at the bottom of your reply
  2. Choose a file 
  3. Send

I reinstalled the app but the same error popped up. Now I'm in another city (in the same state) and I logged in without any problem. It must have been the internet connection.
