Error 408

Sorry for the same question, but I've moved from the UK, over to the US and the error 408 comes up which doesn't let me sign in to change my bank details etc to switch over to the US version. What do I do now? Thanks.

(Btw I'm definately not staff, I just saw this thread and remember solutions to others!)

Error 408 is generally due to signing in abroad.

If you can't change your country through your account overview, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can do it for you.
If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

If you want to keep the UK catalogue, you can get a premium subscription which allows Spotify to be used abroad indefinately.
