Error 408

Hey there

I created my account while I was traveling few months ago. Now that I'm back, whenever I try to login with my mail adress, I get the Error 408. I already changed the country and it still doesn't work. I am however able to login with my username, but all the playlist and saved songs are gone/not there.

Have I by any chance created two accounts? Or how come I am able to login with my username but not my mail adress?
