Error 410 on OS X

Hi there.

I've been having troubles about a week ago to log in into my Spotify account. On my desktop app, on OS X, I get 410 error, but I can't find out a solution for this.

Also I tried to login on the webpage but I get an error with Username or Password.

This situation piss me off because I have a premium account and I can't use it... I mailed to Spotify support but I didn't get a response, so it's kind of weird that a service which you're paying with, doesn't get to you a correct customer service.

I hope anyone over here can help me.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Like 4 days ago, I received an automated reply telling me what you said but I didn't get help.

Reply back to the automated reply and tell them you still need help, even if it is from a no-reply address.

Someone should get back to you as soon as possible
