Hey, I made this account just to try to get an answer to see if I can get my account from being disabled.  I've sent a message, but have yet to hear anything. 

 

The case number is 02084484.  I really just want to at least listen to the free Spotify and I definitely don't want to lose all of my playlists.

Hey there,

when did you sent the message/received the case number? Spotify aims to answer mails within 24 hours, so please be a little more patient.

I'm sorry to hear that.  In my case, they were able to get my original account back; I'm actually replying to you from it right now.   From what I've seen in the community posts, outside of the particulars of any case, it seems like you have to stay on top of them to get a response.
