Error 413, Account disrupted

So I kept getting an error message 413, and I decided to redownload Spotify to see if it fixed the problem. Everytime I kept trying to login it wouldn't let me even though I knew it was the right information and everything. Somehow after various attempts, I was finally able to get through, but now all my playlists and all "follows" have now been deleted. Any information will be gladly appreciated.

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to get this sorted for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
