Error 430

Recently my credit card was changed and the one that I used for my spotify premium account was canceled. My account was disabled so I can't even log in to change my payment info and I had to create a new account just to ask this question. Is there any way I can get that account back? I want to be able to connect to my facebook and I don't want to lose that music. Can't it just be changed from premium to regular for now? I don't understand why it was deactivated but its clearly still there.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further in recovering your account. Unfortunately, those things normally are required to be done directly via email rather than here on the community. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
