Error Code 403 - Account Disabled / No Answer from Spotify Support

Hey, firstly, my english isn't that good so I apologise for any mistake. Well, it's been a month, to be exact (Apr 21) since I bought the 12 months premium service, and in May 26 (3 days ago). I opened Spotify and it was logged off, then I tried to log in but it said that my username/password were wrong. And I never changed my password. Then I go to (Forget my password) and put my username/e-mail and it said that my username/e-mail wasn't associated to an active account, what?. After that I sent three messages to the Spotify Support in their support page, that was three days ago! I also contact them by their twitter account but also haven't received any answer, can you guys help me, please? My account e-mail is (lyqost@gmail.com) and my user name (leworc). Thank you! I really need some answer 😕

How long have you been waiting for a reply? Spotify Support usually replies within 48 hours.
