Hello,
As of yesterday I can't log in to my Spotify account using my Spotify account details.
The interface appears but I get a 410 error code forcing me in offline mode, also saying that my username or password is wrong.
I've tried to reset the password, but I'm not getting the mail, maybe I've been hacked?

I've recently had the same issue. Whenever I try to login through my facebook on my computer, it takes me to offline mode and says error 410. Whenever I try to login as my username, it just won't let me. When I try to login on the spotify website with my facebook, it says account disabled and whenever I try logging as my username, it says it cannot because I am using my facebook credentials. I've tried changing my password on facebook, and that didn't do anything.I still get emails about my friends joining spotify and on my facebook I can still see what people are listening to- I just cannot.
I recently had the credit card on that account canceled, so that could be the issue. I'd like to point out I've used the contact form 4 times. The first 3 times I got the automated "we are looking into your query," but got nothing back. The fourth time it just said "go to the forums." I have to use another account because I can't login with my real account because it is disabled. My real account is kevinpan1993. Can anyone help me?

I have problems with my facebook account log in. i tried to register it it says: "You already have a Spotify account. Please log in using Facebook." and when i press Log in with your facebook then this wil come: "

I'm a premium user through facebook and now i keep getting error code 410, I changed my password and have uninstalled and reinstalled spotify multiple times. I had to make a new account to post this (my original is buckskinkat@yahoo.com)
I've been using Spotify for months and months, this is saddening me, help ))):
I am also having the exact same problem. (P.S I 've tried logging in with my spotify username and it says that my account information is incorrect.

125448990 - According to our records your account was opened via Facebook. Are you signing in with your FB email + FB password?
If you're still having trouble, trying signing into the Facebook website. From there select the 'Music' tab on the lefthand side.
Then click on any Spotify track--the Spotify app will then launch with your account automatically logged in.
So the e-mail you sent me told me to sign into my accout to change my subscrpition, but the problem is it won't let me log in on my original facebook with the e-mail buckskinkat@yahoo.com
I can log in on facebook.com from buckskinkat@yahoo.com, but not spotify
So if I can't get this working I am spending 10 dollars a month and get nothing out of using it. :'(

Are you sure that when you created your Spotify account you did so through Facebook?
If you created a Spotify username and password then you should log in with those details 😉
If you still can't get logged in, post back here and I will see if I can get someone to look into this for you!

So, my account (not this one. It's shimmy95@gmail.com which was linked to my facebook) was, as of yesterday, apparently no longer an active Spotify account. I even changed my darn facebook password. I keep getting this stupid error 410 piece of crap. I am really really really frustrated. Please help me because I want to be able to listen to my music again. I'm paying for this and I am considering canceling because I can't log in to the website or the app so I had to make a stupid new account which I am not paying for.
