Error With Visa Payment

Hello! Todya my account got unlisted from premium membership due to "payment missing" but when I'm trying to make the payment, I get the error:

"Credit Card Stopped Working “Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day"

Im from argentina, I recently traveled to Uruguay on vacations but it was only for a Week.

I've already called visa and my bank operator, both things are ok to make the payment, but still no luck 😞

Hey @Innovalol,

Try deleting your current payment info, and try to put your new information after that.

To do so:

1. Go to your Subscription page.

2. Click UPDATE DETAILS. If it shows below 'Would you like to cancel your subscription?' click there and cancel.

3. Check the box to 'Remove', and click 'Change' button,

Note: If you have your Premium active you won't be able to remove your payment info. That's why it's important to cancel before clicking UPDATE DETAILS.

You may need to try it with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.) if you encounter any other errors.
