Error en nombre de usuario.

Hola. Tengo una cuenta en Spotify premium, y mi problema es el siguiente.

Al intentar iniciar sesion tanto en PC como en telefono, al ingresar el nombre de usuario no me dejaba entrar. Pensando que la contrasena era el problema, la reestableci unas dos veces. Pero me fije en el nombre de usuario que venia en el correo, basicamente un sinsentido de letras, cuando en la aplicacion tanto en Android como ordenador mi nombre aparece correctamente al haber ya ingresado. Aunque si es cierto que puedo ingresar sin problemas con el correo, esto no deberia ocurrir. Si alguien puede ayudarme, seria muy grato.

Thanks for getting in touch! Hope it's okay if we reply in English.

Newer accounts get to choose any username they would like, even if this username has already been taken. Logging in will be done by using the email address as a username. Behind the scenes there is a username (the complicated one) which you can use, but you don't need to remember it as you can log in with your email address.

I got a similar problem. My user name changed to numbers and I can't get my old name back. I've tried logging out and in a few times as suggested in another post (Wich I can not reply), but it doesn't seem to work, what else can I do?

Thanks for letting us know about this! 

Sounds like you have created your Spotify account via Facebook and until recently your name from Facebook was shown.  

Several things we need to know:

1. Have you disabled your Facebook account?
2. Have you disconnected Facebook from Spotify? 
3. Did the name change happen unexpectedly?

about your questions, I haven't disabled Facebook nor have I disconnected
my Spotify account from it and, yes, the change happened suddenly
