Error thingy

Everytime I try to log on PS4, it will always say, "Error connecting to PlayStation Network. Please try again later." And I don't understand what it's talking about. I can log in on my phone alright with no issues.

Are you on a wired or wireless connection? Try removing the app from your device and installing it again to see if it helps.
