Error to upgrade to the promotion 3 months of premium by only 0,99€

Hi,i´m from spain, I´m register in spotify.com and I was going to upgrade to spotify premium 3 months by only 0,99€ because it was a promotion, but in the final step when I was paying with PayPal, I say yes to paypal to pay, then it redirects me to spotify again an it sais something like:

Oops, it seems that your payment method have a bad day, or something like this, the PayPal account works perfet and have the bank account asociated so I don´t understand this error.

Yes I have tried with another PC  but with the same paypal account, I have used my PayPal account to pay other accounts to my family and friends, maybe is because I have used the same PayPal account in other accounts?
