I have tried multiple accounts and credit cards. It shouldn't be ths diffucult to upgrade!

It's a Visa card, and it is set on USA on my profile. I'm sure there is money on the card too.

 



Weird, unforutnately Spotify will not be able to see the exact reason the payment isn't going through, but if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they might be able to offer some clues. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
