Try logging out of both Facebook and Spotify then heading to https://www.spotify.com/#premium. Simply starting from scratch might do the trick and you've already added your card details so no worries there.
Can you try using a different browser?

Hey Coco, trying to upgrade from mobile devices can cause a few problems. If you try the same process from your computer that should work fine. Then you'll be able to acccess the Premium on your iPhone almost immediately.
