Eu não consigo ter o plano Premium

My Question or Issue

Eu havia pago o plano Premium de 1 mês faz 1 dia e mesmo assim ainda não mudaram meu plano para o premium, além disso eu não recebi a notificação de pagamento no meu email. Tentei usar o código de pagamento do boleto para resgatar e dá erro... Tenho que esperar alguns dias ou tem algum erro na minha conta?

Please use this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details to make sure you haven't created more than one account in the process.

 

Then, visit your account overview page at Spotify.com to view you current subscription status.

 

This will be you full indication of your current status so you'd where to continue from.

Eu tenho certeza que fiz a compra na conta em que estou usando, a questão é que não recebi nenhuma espécie de comprovante após eu pagar o boleto. Esse comprovante só é entregue depois ou na hora?

You were suppose to get the receipt when purchasing.

 

Have you tried the pages i suggested ?

Were you charged on your card already ?
