Even though I cancelled my subscription you have still charged me

I have woken up this morning to find that you have charged my account with £9.99 for a subscription that I cancelled on the 11/09/2013. I cancelled it within the 30 days. And for you to just take the money without even a email or a receipt is disgusting.

 

I have just logged into my account for some reason it say's I am still a member when I defiantly cancelled it last week. I do not wish to be part of spotifuggle anymore. I wish for you to but that transaction back into my account, to cancel my accountnd inform me off these actions all though written communication.

Payment issues cannot be solved on the community, then can only be sovled via the payments team. You can contact them using the Support Form.

 

If you haven't logged into the account since the payment, they should refund you without issue 🙂
