Everything is deleted

I disconnected from facebook and all of my personal playlists, friends, followers and following, etc ... is gone. I beleive that it is a new account somehow. I want to get my old one back! 

I have checked out other boards, read every post till the end, to see if I could find anything out, but I have tried every solution such as:

1. log off and log back on

2. change facebook password

3. change spotify password

4. email consumer service team 

5. click "social network" connect field 

and nothing has worked. (there is NO social nework field anymore)

I have been using spotify for over a year and paying premium for most of that time! I really like the service but this is unbelieiving painful..its testing my patience.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

It sounds like you might have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account. You just need to log back into the client using your original Spotify username (not your email address) and your Spotify password. 

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account. If not, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly.

You should then see all your lovely tunes.
