Everything is gone...

My favorite songs, my playlists, my radios, everything is gone. I couldn't log in the week before so I thought nothing of it. But today I decided to check in and listen, but I had to change my password to even get in which I thought I had just messed up on the password before or a glitch happened but I was wrong. Someone had hacked me or something and all I want is my music back can you make that happen?

 I checked and I'm in the right account. I also changed my email password signed out for everywhere there and did the same for Spotify. I also checked deleted playlists but that was empty... Is there any way to get them back along with favorited songs??
