Existing premium subscription suddenly not active

Existing premium subscription suddenly not active

Hi,

 

When I log in to my existing Spotify account it now appears that premium is no longer activated. This has caused other problems such as not getting Spotify to work via Sonos. I have had my premium account for a while now so surprised why this now appears as if not valid. Can you please help with this?

If you go to your subscription page, can you see your receipts and Premium subscription? www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

Perhaps the card you had registered expired, in which case you just need to update the details and resubscribe.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I can see old reciepts. Well, not right now as I get following error message when trying to access that section of my profile:

 

"This feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

 

My payment card has not expired. Last payment was 27-Dec-13.

 

When I log on to my account and go to the subscription page it appears that the premium account is no longer active. The odd thing is, I can still access Spotify music via smart phone (Iphone in my case).

 

Can you please help.
